Twee mensen wisten vandaag mijn mailbox te vinden met vragen over de vandaag bekend gemaakte importheffingen op zonnestroompanelen die in China gefabriceerd zijn. Eén van de twee mails:

Reader’s question: Which team do you think will win the WSC?
From the moment I have started writing about the World Solar Challenge many people have asked me the same question: which of the competing teams do you think will win? I have held off anwering that question until now, with the answer that I needed more information about the cars and teams first. I have now arrived at the point that I don’t think I’ll be able to find much more relevant information.
So, do I have an answer? Yes, I do, a short one and a long one. The short answer is: I don’t know. For the long answer, read on below.
